Senior Product Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile/Scrum teams in the development and delivery of software products.
  • Track and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect and prioritize product requirements.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product needs.
  • Create and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Mentor and support junior product team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong consulting background.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in product management.
  • Industry/domain expertise in [healthcare, SaaS, fintech, etc.] is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple products and priorities at once.
  • Proficiency in modern product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
