Senior Procurement Manager (Capital Equipment)

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the semiconductor industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Negeri Sembilan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global manufacturing sites, supply chain teams, and quality departments to ensure reliable capacity is available at competitive prices, supporting strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with a wide range of global stakeholders to create sourcing strategies informed by business and market insights, engineering specifications, global demand, and the supply landscape.
• Implement the global equipment sourcing strategy and lead performance improvement plans with supply partners, focusing on cost, value engineering, productivity, delivery, quality, and technology.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MUST HAVE: Background in the Semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with backend capital procurement activities.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in assembly equipment, assembly operations, or procurement is required.
• Knowledge of assembly equipment specifications and the sourcing process.
• Must be open to traveling both domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
