Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job description

My client is a leading provider of advanced semiconductor equipment solutions. They are currently looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create detailed mechanical designs using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.
  • Analysis: Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure the integrity and functionality of designs.
  • Collaboration: Work with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate mechanical designs into overall product development.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical design and engineering best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and familiarity with FEA tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
