Senior Manager - FP&A (2 Years Contract)

About Our Client:


This company is a multinational FMCG manufacturing company with presence worldwide, who are looking to hire an experienced Senior FP&A Manager, who will be responsible for financial analytics and a crucial business partner to the global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be supporting and reporting directly to the Head of FP&A in Malaysia office, based in Petaling Jaya:

  • Responsible for end-to-end financial analytics and modelling, simulation, annual strategic planning, rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, etc. essentially a strategic business partner to the management and global stakeholders.
  • Ensure the required monthly reports and financial numbers are submitted, at the same time providing insights and performance commentary.
  • Full responsibility of P&L while working closely with the commercial team, supply chain team, along with other relevant stakeholders on detailed channel/brand reports.
  • Review of monthly business performance and fluctuations, highlighting risks/opportunities and work on action plans whenever necessary.
  • Making sure that controls are always following group policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Professionally qualified ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant Financial Reporting and Analytics experience and has at least 3 years of managerial experience in FMCG industry.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, detailed oriented and global stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on knowledge on PowerBI is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and effective communication skills in English.
