Senior Legal Executive

Job description

Job Roles:
Assisting in the overall legal functions of the Company's transactions and managing the Company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day legal work and legal advisory for the Legal Department of the Company/Group.
  • Provide legal advice and opinion on various legal issues and mitigate all legal risks for the Company/Group.
  • Liaise with external solicitors appointed to handle various legal matters of the Company/Group.
  • Draftinq and review of various conveyancing and corporate agreements and documents including but not limited to land development, joint ventures, consortium, leasing agreements and procurement related agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company/Group
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.



Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law(LLB) or any equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate environment and similar industry or equivalent
  • Experience in handling corporate matters including legal advisory, drafting and review of corporate commercial and banking transactions.
  • Experience as practicing lawyer in a legal firm and/or working with construction and/or project-based company
