Senior Internal Audit / Internal Control Analyst

About your company

This company is a manufacturing MNC based in Selangor. They have regional offices across APAC, hence looking for Internal Auditor/ Internal Control for their team. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, supporting on risk management processes, and driving compliance across the organization.

About your role

• For this position, you will be reporting directly to the Internal Audit Manager.
• Plan & perform risk-based assessments, understand and evaluate the business environment, related controls and processes.
• Prepare audit reports, internal control assessments, and recommendations for management review, highlighting key findings and improvement opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CIA) are preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Internal Audit within Big 4 or commerial environments.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, SOX compliance) and auditing standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
