Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Lead structured sessions with business users to capture and analyze end-user requirements.
• Communicate with and manage stakeholders to set expectations, drive understanding, and resolve conflicts.
• Continuously seek to enhance and streamline business processes to meet business and IT objectives.
• Define business, functional, and non-functional requirements with associated acceptance criteria, ensuring stakeholder approval.
• Develop specifications that outline the desired outcomes of system enhancements and developments.
• Collaborate with technical and UX teams to design solutions that fulfill business needs.
• Represent user requirements during design and grooming processes to support technical solutioning.
• Assist developers and QA teams during implementation, offering guidance on requirements and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare materials, provide training, and assist end-users post-implementation; support solution transition to successful operation.
• Produce documentation as per Business Analysis Chapter guidelines and continuously improve business analysis practices using best standards.

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong skills in analysis, communication, and documentation to conceptualize and articulate solutions.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in business or IT.
• Skilled in using Jira and Confluence.
• Effective at managing people to achieve stakeholder consensus on solutions.
• Possess strong business understanding.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
