Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry that prides themselves on fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, integrity, and professional growth. They are hiring for multiple roles which includes - Junior / Senior Account Payable Specialist / Analyst - Shared Services Centre.



Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process PO related invoices and credit notes ensuring accurate coding & approval for payment.
  2. Process non-PO related invoices to ensure accurate coding and approval for payment.
  3. Perform Verification of Invoices, Invoice Posting, processing in ERP systems or any related platform as per customer's process.
  4. Executed payment in a timely manner and accurately as per KPI and in compliance with service levels, company policies, procedures and controls
  5. Achieve agreed KPI associated with Invoice Processing or any other related AP activities
  6. Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are adhere for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures.
  7. Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to country and managers.
  8. Identify and develop process improvements plans when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
  • SAP, Oracle or relevant ERP knowledge is highly advantageous.
  • Shared Services Background / International MNC with regional exposure is prioritized.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in AP
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.
  • Candidates with other language expertise are also welcomed to apply. (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese language speakers
  • Local company with end to end AP knowledge is encouraged to apply.
