Senior Analyst, Actuarial - Valuation (Modelling)

Develop and oversee centralized actuarial models for local business units and provide actuarial support for various projects as requested by the Group Chief Actuary (CA).

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver Prophet modeling services to local business units.
• Develop and maintain centralized actuarial models for these units.
• Apply advanced knowledge in Prophet/DCS modeling to improve modeling processes.
• Perform checks and regression tests, clarify model changes, and maintain thorough documentation for stakeholders.
• Manage Prophet Enterprise and related cloud-based calculation engines, ensuring a clean and auditable environment.
• Report any modeling issues to the Actuarial Advisor, Head of TIM Actuarial, and local units.
• Support model consolidation and optimization efforts.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of EC, EV, RBCT, and IFRS 17 models, and assist with other project tasks as needed by the Group CA.
• Provide guidance and share knowledge with junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferred 2 to 3 years of actuarial experience in the insurance sector.
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
• Progress in internationally recognized actuarial exams is desirable.
• Proficiency in Prophet modeling and coding is preferred.
• Good grasp of actuarial valuation processes, statutory EV, and knowledge of EC/RBCT and IFRS 17 is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
