Sea Freight Operation Manager (Logistics)

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the logistics industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Sea Freight Operations Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, arrange, and oversee daily operations to guarantee all service level agreements are met.
• Cultivating and fostering relationships with key clients, vendors, and agencies to expand and enhance both the business and the range of services provided.
• Supervise daily operations and guide the strategic direction of Freight Operation, ensuring accountability to both external and internal customers for the quality of logistics services provided.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MUST HAVE: Logistics and Freight Forwarding experience.
• 8 years experience in Sea Freight Operations.
• Good understanding of operations within a similar industry.
• Experience in dealing with external and internal parties to facilitate completion of all delivery tasks.
