Job responsibilites:

  • As an SAP OpenText Archiving Consultant, you'll work on integrating SAP data and document archiving with OpenText solutions. Your tasks will include business discussions, requirements gathering, technical specifications, design, development, and documentation for current and future project implementations
  • Regularly review the status of archive objects, address any open issues, and conduct testing during both release cycles and disaster recovery test cycles.
  • As an SAP OpenText Archiving Consultant, you'll be involved in managing projects related to data volume management, including tasks such as SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and OpenText upgrades. Your responsibilities will also include configuring ILM technical settings within OpenText, overseeing the retention warehouse, and optimizing extraction methods

Job requirement:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with OpenText and a good knowledge of newest OpenText technologies and procedures within an international company with complex system environment on a global scale
  • Should have experience on SAP integration with OpenText. OpenText related document archiving solution, ECM solution, like J6NY, J6NP, J6NA
  • Knowledge in SAP DVM (Data volume management), SAP functional knowledge, Linux and Windows commands.
