Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and align the product roadmap with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Defining the scope and creating product backlog items, including epics, features, themes, user stories for both functional and non-functional requirements, as well as addressing defects to guide the Scrum Software Development Teams.
• Evaluating value, creating business cases, and prioritizing product backlog items (PBIs), ensuring the focus remains on PBIs that deliver the highest value in line with the current product strategy.

Key requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes in HR IT functions and their sub-functions, including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Inclusive Practices.
• Experience in developing minimum marketable features (MMF) alongside minimum viable products (MVP).
• Experience in Jira, Confluece
