Key responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of internal customers' processes and products, ensuring alignment with function or business unit objectives.
- Collaborate with the solution architect to review and validate detailed technical designs for business applications provided by suppliers, ensuring they meet business requirements; validate supplier estimates.
- Estimate the approximate effort/cost for new application functionality.
- Assist the Portfolio Manager in developing the Business Case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and high-level planning.
- Assist with implementation activities, troubleshooting system environment issues, and providing necessary training.
Key requirements
- MUST have experience in SAP FSCM/FAM
- MUST be involved at least one full cycle implmentation in SAP FSCM/FAM
- Conduct external research to gather primary data sources, select pertinent information, continuously evaluate key trends in technology, and provide recommendations to influence policy and/or product development within the IT domain.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging existing IT assets (e.g., re-use), research best practices, and analyze detailed business models to support senior management in enhancing IT processes and systems.
- Serve as a technical expert in a specific process or product area, conducting process reviews and driving changes to contribute to ongoing service improvements for internal customers.
