Key responsibilities

  • Offer consulting services on SAP Advanced Event Mesh and KAFKA to stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include defining, executing, scheduling, and maintaining data pipelines, as well as developing innovative SAP infrastructure and cloud solutions
  • Implement modules with security and authorization frameworks, ensuring adherence to BASF's information and data protection guidelines

Key requirements

  • Strong SAP background on Event Meshes
  • Knowledge in configuring events in SAP Advanced Event Mesh
  • Knowledge in Solace key principles and working with queues (Solace is part of AEM and is a company where SAP has a partnership with)
  • Strong knowledge how to capture SAP RAP and CAP events and process them in AEM
  • Good understanding in key principles of Kafka
