Key responsibilities:

  • Managing Production Support issues and related activities within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Comprehend the needs of business stakeholders and collaborate closely with vendors to identify the most appropriate solutions
  • Study existing Salesforce CRM system used and produce a recommendation roadmap for the Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct an analysis of the current usage of the Salesforce CRM system and create a strategic roadmap with recommendations for enhancing Salesforce solutions

Key Requirements:

  • Having at least 5 years of experience in a key role for delivering Salesforce projects
  • Having the Salesforce Designer and Salesforce Architecture certifications is advantageous
  • Having a comprehensive grasp of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
