Sales Trainer

Job description

One of the leading international coatings company is looking for a Sales Trainer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting sales training for new joiners' onboarding.
  • Identify areas for improvement in current salesforce and devise relevant training sessions.
  • Attend market visits and shadow sales team to understand needs of the salesforce.
  • Develop and implement sales education programmes to coach current sales team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in sales or sales training within the consumer industry or similar (prior experience handling GT/TT channels will be an added advantage).
  • Fluent in both English and Malay (written & spoken).
