Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Summary: My client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support the sales team in achieving their vision. This role involves setting clear sales targets, developing concrete plans to achieve those targets, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Setting: Establish clear and ambitious sales targets in alignment with the company's business goals. Develop detailed and actionable plans to achieve these targets.
  • Team Development: Lead, develop, and coach the sales team towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. Provide mentorship and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to confirmed sales, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and insights generation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong network collaborations with bankers, lawyers, customers, and internal teams such as marketing and credit administration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously manage and monitor sales team performance, providing regular feedback and addressing underperformance promptly.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Accurately forecast future sales, produce regular performance reports, and identify potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies and ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Propose strategies to enhance the sales team's skills, motivation, and performance, driving overall sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and similar sales and CRM tools.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of the local property market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
