Job Title: Sales Application Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Sales Application Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies for the company's product lines, focusing on key markets and industries. This role involves providing technical support, managing sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and application management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in designated markets and industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and consultation.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities and channels, focusing on key countries and industries.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical application support for the company's products, conducting trials and demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate customer orders, logistics, payment collection, and quality issues through customer sales coordinators.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or application management, preferably in the abrasives or related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of sales and application management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
