Sales & Policy Operation Support (Mandarin)

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt preparation & delivery of premium notice to clients
  • Ensure prompt preparation & delivery of policy annual review package to clients
  • Ensure post annual review meetings/status are updated in the system
  • Obtain & update quarterly & annual cash values in the system
  • Prepare specific client's presentation and policy comparison for client's meeting
  • Communicate with several parties eg. clients, bankers and insurers to ensure effective transfer of required data/documents

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese & Cantonese (need to deal with Switzerland/Dubai/HK/SG counterparts)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Highly organized and proactive in following up cases and also daily work
  • Preferable to have customer service experience and good in Microsoft Office Tools
