Robotics & AI Development Engineer

Our client is a rapidly expanding semioconductor company in Melaka. Due to rapid expansion, they are currently seeking an AI & Robotics Engineer to join their Research & Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and implement robotic systems tailored to manufacturing needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics into production workflows.
• Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to boost efficiency and quality.
• Optimize hardware and software systems for advanced manufacturing.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for new automation technologies.
• Innovate and adapt processes to address emerging manufacturing challenges.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Automation, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, AI, or related fields).
• Maximum 2 years of experience in automation, robotics, or AI within a manufacturing environment.
• Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
• Expertise in handling large-scale datasets (1M+ rows).
• Familiarity with statistical tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., R, SQL, Tableau).
