Risk Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Possess strong business knowledge in banking, particularly in risk management and treasury.
• Demonstrate extensive functional knowledge and experience in managing liquidity risk, interest rate risk, fraud, and operational risk.
• Have a solid understanding of treasury and retail banking products.
• Collaborate with risk users to gather business requirements for reporting on Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), liquidity risk, operational risk, and fraud management.
• Translate business requirements into detailed design and functional specification documents.
• Work closely with technology teams to participate in system design, development, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring that risk user needs are met.
• Coordinate with upstream systems to create seamless end-to-end processes.
• Engage with the Change Request Committee to provide plans, status updates, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with teams regarding implementation activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by risk management user.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Maser degree in Computer Science, Statistic, Information Technology, and relevant discipline from reputable institutions
• A minimum of at least 6 years' work experience as a System Analyst in Risk management domain
• Base SAS programming is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
