Retail Area Manager

An up-and-coming fashion brand is expanding its presence in Malaysia within the fast-fashion space, seeking for an experience Retail Area Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing stores within assigned territory to ensure smooth operations and sales targets are met.
• Recruiting and training retail sales staff for upcoming retail expansion.
• Developing sales strategies and monitoring sales targets to drive growth.
• Conducting market visits to observe competitor trends, pick up on new consumer behaviours and latest trends to drive foot traffic to stores.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales and retail operations experience within the fast-fashion/apparel industry.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
