Regional Head of Retail Operations (SEA)

Join an established global retailer as their Regional Head of Retail Operations, leading retail growth across the SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market plans to drive retail expansion and business growth to achieve commercial goals.
• Initiate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and effective allocation of resources.
• Develop in-store tactics to improve operational efficiency and brand awareness.
• Create clear structures and frameworks to lead a high-performance culture whilst providing coaching and guidance for team career progression..

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations and management, with prior experience in leading a team.
• Proven track record in successful retail expansion.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
