Regional Demand Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Forecast Analysis: Consolidate and analyze sales forecasts for Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, and other SSEA countries.

  2. Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, marketing, and production teams to align forecasts with promotional activities and new product launches.

  3. Forecast Adjustment: Modify forecasts based on market conditions and unforeseen factors to ensure accuracy.

  4. Inventory Management: Monitor and provide recommendations to manage Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB).

  5. Integrated Business Planning: Participate in IBP meetings to communicate demand forecasts and inventory requirements.

  6. Continuous Improvement: Enhance forecasting methods and tools to boost accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.

  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Commercial Intelligence and Strategy, with at least 5 years in Food industry. Experience with Dynamics 365 would be highly advantageous.

  3. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation capabilities, positive attitude, high integrity and capable in working independently.

  4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
