R&D Manager - Semiconductor Packaging

Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry, is looking to hire an experienced R&D Manager to drive innovation and support new product development in advanced packaging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D strategies focused on technology innovation, cost reduction, and manufacturing readiness.
• Oversee product and packaging design teams to ensure efficient time-to-market and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on new materials, processes, and technologies.
• Align technical direction with overall business goals and provide insights to management on key developments.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage pilot line operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong expertise in IC packaging, assembly, and testing.
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and business operations.
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
