Quality Manager (Data Centre)

Job description

Objective:

Lead the maintenance and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with internal and external regulations, ensuring top-tier process-oriented quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and improve the QMS, including tools and instructional documentation.
  • Key goals of the Quality Management Team:
    • Ensure a robust QMS aligned with Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines and certifications.
    • Oversee the certification strategy and audit framework.
    • Conduct internal audits in accordance with the Internal Control System and global requirements.
    • Coordinate certification audits as per the strategy.
    • Develop and manage a central database for audit findings, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Consolidate various management systems under IMS for efficiency and compliance.
    • Maintain and enhance QMS documentation.
    • Oversee the document management system.
    • Manage Quality Management KPIs and reporting.
    • Assist the Senior Director with regular reporting and management reviews.
    • Support departments in achieving high-quality standards and clear documentation, and assist the Commercial unit with client requests and audits.
    • Promote awareness of QMS and certifications within the company.
  • Manage Quality Management as an Integrated Management System, ensuring alignment with other departments.
  • Foster positive relationships with all data center sites and departments.
  • Standardize the QMS across the company.
  • Support strategic Quality Management projects and monitor new developments in business processes and certification standards.
  • Contribute to management reporting on Quality Management topics.
  • Support the Senior Team Lead and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements:

Professional Skills:

  • University degree (Graduate/Master/Diploma) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of Management Systems and certifications.
  • Several years of professional experience in Quality Management.
  • Additional relevant training/qualifications are desirable.
  • Fluent in English; multilingual skills are an advantage.
