Quality Assurance Engineer

A leading and rapidly growing player in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support and strengthen their manufacturing quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances, including root cause analysis and 8D reporting.
• Develop and maintain QA standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor product quality through testing, inspections, and audits.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Guide and train QA inspectors and technicians.
• Set up control plans, work instructions, and QA readiness for new product introductions.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in QA tools, methodologies, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and quality data systems.
