Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily procurement operations and escalate critical issues to senior management
  • Serve as a liaison between category buyers and the procurement team
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting across Korea, SEA, and Japan
  • Process purchase requisitions/orders, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies
  • Oversee ServiceNow ticketing platform to ensure smooth handling of procurement requests
  • Maintain material master data and ensure compliance with invoicing processes
  • Implement and optimize order processes using SAP, COUPA, and B2B documents

Requirement:

  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow, COUPA, and order processing systems is a plus
