Project Management Officer (12 months contract)
Job description
Requirements:
- This primary responsibility includes checking invoices, raising purchase orders, tracking payments, raising accruals, querying the finance ledger, and onboarding third-party vendors.
- Track project milestones, manage changes, and report slippages. Additionally, you will create visual representations of plans (plans-on-a-page) for senior stakeholders.
- Set up and manage the administration of key governance meetings. This includes coordinating, issuing, and updating meeting requests for PM and team meetings.
- Handle the leavers/joiners process, onboard third-party vendors, and maintain project folders.
Qualifications:
- Strong project Financial Tracking and reporting skills.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in managing stakeholders in both individual and workshop settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills in English.
- Especially skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- At least 2 years of experience in a project or accounting role.
