Project Engineer

Heading/intro:

My client is a well-known MNC that is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join their team in Johor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality control and assurance processes are followed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
