Job Summary:

  • The primary purpose of this role is to promote and specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Developers.
  • This position is integral to the sales team, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Attend, service, promote, and specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Developers.
  • Foster strong relationships by identifying clients' needs and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, provide solutions, and deliver relevant information.
  • Conduct product briefings and organize client presentations.
  • Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of projects.
  • Identify and cultivate new leads while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Gather market intelligence for the Manager by closely monitoring market trends.
  • Achieve targets and work independently.
  • May be required to cover additional regions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, construction, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in plastic pipe sales.
  • Ability to read and understand construction and architectural drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
