Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts, update sales pipelines, and CRM.
- Establish new accounts and plan sales call schedules.
- Identify customer requirements and support marketing campaigns.
- Present product and technical information to customers.
- Drive and manage project pipelines.
- Provide technology evaluations and act as a key technical advisor.
- Represent products at events and train customer staff.
- Conduct negotiations to secure agreements.
- Analyze cost-benefit ratios and propose improvements.
- Prepare cost estimates and gain customer acceptance.
- Maintain records of customer communication and sales activity in CRM.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Chemical / Chemical Engineering or related field
- Knowledge on Control Instrumentation System (sensors, transmitters)
- Knowledge on Data communication protocol (fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog & Digital output signals)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a Technical sales Environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills
- Willing to travel (within Malaysia)
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
- Valid driving license
