Product Manager (Fintech)

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot system-related issues, respond to queries, and propose effective solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop test cases aligned with business goals, ensuring clear documentation and risk escalation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to assess business needs, align on feasibility, and deliver precise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionalities and explore methods to optimize testing workflows.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of product features, including ideation, design, implementation, launch, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Manage test schedules, resource allocation, and configuration to meet project timelines.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate business teams on new features.
• Report and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and retesting with close collaboration with product and development teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of product features, continuously improving processes, fostering innovation, and driving operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Malay, with excellent communication skills for technical and business contexts.
• Experience in payments or a related industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to launch and manage product features in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative mindset.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or leading tech companies.
