Procurement Operations - Indonesian Speaker

As an Indonesian Speaker for Procurement Operations, your responsibilities include -

• Process and creation of purchase requisition, purchase orders and invoicing on ERP systems, preferably SAP/SRM
• Create, modify and extend vendor and material master data within the system effectively
• Maintain a clean database on pricing, info records, outline and agreements
• Drive continuous improvements and project initiatives within procurement operation activities
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and vendors

The Right Candidate will possess:

• 2-4 years of solid procurement operations experience
• Strong proficiency of Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Procurement project experience and/or implementation
• Strong ERP knowledge
• Good communication and negotiation skills across all stakeholders and team members
