Procurement Operations Centre Manager (FMCG)

Job description

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the FMCG manufacturing industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Procurement Operations Centre Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the performance of the Operations team, overseeing people management and ensuring functional compliance, while cultivating a collaborative 'one team' spirit.
  • Oversee the operational excellence of Procurement, driving continuous improvements in Procurement capabilities and practices to align with the overall business strategy and external standards.
  • Guide the Procurement Operations team, concentrating on defining and executing regional functional objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Well-versed in Operational Procurement within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement strategies, governance, policies, and processes
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement within Procurement.
