Procurement Manager - Indirect (2 Years Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management: The manager's primary role is to oversee the entire sourcing-to-contract process, ensuring cost savings, vendor development, and compliance with Heineken's global procurement standards
2. Supplier Performance and Compliance: Implement strategies set by category leaders, monitor supplier contracts, and ensure compliance by tracking KPIs and service levels to resolve any operational issues.
3. Local Purchasing Action Plan: Develop and execute a purchasing strategy for local categories to achieve cost efficiency, safety, secure supply, and innovation across various business sectors.
4. Team Development and Optimization: Build and lead a high-performing procurement team, optimize sourcing and supplier activities, and collaborate on project plans, deliverables, and milestones.
5. Governance and Order Fulfillment: Manage governance programs to ensure business continuity and compliance, and handle the entire order fulfillment process from planning and sourcing to negotiating and selecting vendors for all materials and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Education: Procurement & Supply Chain Management related field. Knowledge of Procurement practices, indirect purchases, demand markets, negotiation concepts.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in FMCG industry with working experience in procurement or supply chain management, at least 3 years managerial experience in Procurement
• Skills: Strong communication & leadership, analytical abilities, and proficiency in SAP tools.
