Performance Test Lead

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing testing services for one or more applications or projects.
  • Managing and supervising the day-to-day delivery of performance testing services conducted by vendors appointed by the organization.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders, including application, security, infrastructure, and business teams, to ensure that testing services align with the company's objectives and requirements.
  • Quantifying, managing, tracking, and reporting on test-related statuses, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that the defined testing transformation targets are met for the portfolio under your purview.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in test delivery or a similar role, with a substantial background of 10 to 15 years in large and complex organizations. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience in senior management roles related to performance testing.
  • Experience in performance testing using multiple protocols (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS, RTE, web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON).
  • Demonstrated success in adhering to testing standards, tools, processes, methodologies, frameworks, and delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).
  • Proficiency in working with various testing tool suites, including JIRA, Confluence, Tosca, Selenium, Loadrunner/Performance Center/Sitescope, HP ALM/Quality Center, among others.
