Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead and drive end-to-end manufacturing operations at a high-volume semiconductor facility in Malaysia. This role will be responsible for production, planning, engineering, quality, supply chain, and continuous improvement, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations with a focus on efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and yield improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies for capacity planning, productivity, and workforce optimization.
• Ensure compliance with global standards for safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven leadership experience in semiconductor assembly and test operations.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and team development.
• Minimum 10 years in operations leadership roles within high-tech manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
