Operations Director

A leading global semiconductor company is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day fab/assembly/test operations
• Ensure alignment with production goals, quality standards, and cost targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and corporate teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

Skills & Experience Required:

• 15+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of front-end and/or back-end operations
• Proven track record in leading large-scale teams and complex operations
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
