Operational & Non Financial Risk Management

Lead and participate in managing operational and non-financial risks across the business. Ensure compliance with the Group Risk Management Framework and foster a strong risk culture.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the Group Risk Management Framework and Operational Risk Policy
• Improve and implement the Group's Non-Financial and Operational Risk Management framework, policies, and systems
• Conduct Risks and Controls Assessments
• Analyze internal operational risk incidents, ensure root causes are identified, and track action completion

Requirements:

• Stakeholder Management
• Risk and Control Expertise, non-financial and operational risk management
• In-depth understanding of non-financial risk frameworks
