Operation Manager

Job description

One of the leading retailers within the household category is seeking for an Operation Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring assigned stores to drive sales growth and smooth operations.
  • Ensure quality of customer service is aligned with company guidelines and initiate trainings where necessary to implement improvements.
  • Work closely with retail, inventory, and other relevant teams to ensure operational efficiency of assigned stores.
  • Support with ideation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase foot traffic to stores.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales and retail operations experience within the retail electronics, household, or similar industry.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage).
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisation skills.
