NPI Project Management Engineer

A leading semiconductor multinational is seeking a NPI Project Management Engineer to support new product introductions and project coordination across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor environments and strong proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NPI project timelines, deliverables, and cross-department alignment
• Coordinate engineering samples, qualification runs, and production ramp-up
• Interface with global teams and Japanese-speaking counterparts for project updates
• Track progress, risks, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/relevant)
• Prior experience in NPI/project coordination within a semiconductor setting
• Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
