Molding Engineering Manager

We are hiring a Molding Engineering Manager to lead and manage molding processes within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing process development, tooling, material selection, and continuous improvement for molding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize injection molding processes across product lifecycles.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process stability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and tooling design.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers and technicians.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in low pressure molding process engineering, with leadership exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge in tooling, materials, and injection molding machines.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
