Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and follow up on all planned (preventive) and predictive maintenance work.
  • Ensure maintenance work instructions are available.
  • Collaborate with AM teams to resolve corrective maintenance issues, escalate problems, and participate in breakdown analysis and RCFA execution.
  • Identify skill needs and provide coaching for technicians.
  • Oversee CILT execution by ensuring work consistency and quality.
  • Conduct (De)Tagging when necessary or appropriate.
  • Act as the technical area owner to support life extension, cost reduction, and innovation.
  • Participate in maintenance planning, preparation, and procurement.
  • Prepare work orders, manage order picking, and control the workflow for repairable units.
  • Manage the work preparation room and workshop, and be assignable to multiple zones.
  • Develop modification proposals and verify requirements for modification procedures (e.g., warranty, safety).
  • Support AM teams as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in FMGC.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance field within the manufacturing sector.
  • Capable of performing mechanical repairs, scheduling, and overhaul jobs, and able to lead improvement teams.
  • Proficient in LOTO skills and activities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong technical mechanical knowledge.
  • Experienced in TPM or continuous improvement, with the ability to execute AM activities and train operators in AM.
  • Ability to actively support and participate in BDA.
