Mechanical Design Engineer

My client is an American multinational that specializes in providing solutions for advanced material handling.


Key Responsibilities:

• Designing mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD software.
• Performing detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
• Inspecting and analyzing the performance of mechanical components, equipment, and systems.
• Planning and executing product testing processes.
• Writing performance requirements for product development or engineering projects.
• Applying engineering principles or practices to emerging fields, new technologies and engineering concepts and practices.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and working with vendors and contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software(AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, physics, micro-fabrication, CAD and data analysis.
• Highly skilled in mechanical design and integration problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
