Material Development Engineering Manager - R&D (Semiconductors)

We are seeking a Material Engineering Manager to lead R&D efforts focused on the development and qualification of materials used in advanced semiconductor packaging. This role will drive material innovation to support new product development, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation and qualification of materials for next-gen packaging applications
• Oversee material characterization, testing, and failure analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D and reliability
• Manage supplier engagement for new material introduction
• Guide a team of material engineers to ensure project execution and innovation

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 8+ years in material development within the semiconductor or advanced electronics sector
• Strong background in material testing, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven leadership and project management skills
