Job Summary: My client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and strategize their marketing efforts. This role involves overseeing the marketing team, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure effective lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Content Creation Oversight: Ensure the creation of compelling marketing content that resonates with the target audience and maintains brand consistency.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities to boost brand engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, optimizing expenditure for maximum impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team and other departments to ensure all marketing materials meet high branding standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, particularly in the property development or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
