Manager, Corporate Strategy

Our Client
This is a market-leading business with portfolio in multiple industries, including oil &gas, energy and services. They are an established organisation and a leader in the segment they are operating in. With recent integration and a robust expansion plans in place, they are currently looking for an expert in corporate strategy and project financing.

Your Role
You will be working closely with the Executive Director to plan and execute investment decisions, recommend financial options and proposals as well as funding to drive the business forward. You will business partner with stakeholders to look into risk allocation, assist in business development decision-making on top of centralizing accounting, tax, treasury, and corporate finance requirements. Aside from supporting senior management in establishing structure and processes, you will also be a change driver in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company and close-collaboration with other departments.

Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in M&A, financial modelling, debt financing and investments. You will also have either ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or MIA qualifications. Candidates with background in investment banking, advisory/consultancy are strongly encouraged to apply.
