Manager Assistant - Japanese Speaker

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Calendars: Coordinate complex calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings.
2. Resolve Conflicts: Address scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks for effective time management.
3. Arrange Travel: Organize detailed travel plans with the travel agency team, including flights, hotels, and cars.
4. Support Relationship Management: Enter new CRM contacts and maintain accurate CRM information, mastering the CRM system through training and collaboration.
5. Provide Backup Support: Assist other MAs/EAs and stay updated on pending tasks and priorities.
6. Build Professional Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with other MAs/EAs and project teams.
7. Submit Expense Reports: Frequently submit detailed expense reports and manage the audit process for reimbursement.
8. Coordinate Project Start-Up: Schedule start-up meetings and communicate with case teams to understand key deadlines.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the related field.
• JLPT N1/TOPIK 6 or Native/Bilingual only.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese/Korean and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask
• High proficiency in MS Outlook
