L2 Enterprise Application Support (RPA)

Job Description

• Support users from the Enterprise domain in a timely and efficient manner.
• Familiarise with the incident management process to log tickets and following change management processes.
• Collaborate with development team on requirements and impact analysis.
• Address 2nd level issues in the Production environment, perform root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the Development team to ensure problem tickets are resolved and keep them updated on any upcoming Production environment changes.
• Monitor and identify risks in upcoming changes.
• Ensure SLA are met.

Job Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of application support experience in a bank
• Experienced in supporting Robotic Process Automation applications, such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UiPath
• Experienced in platforms and programming languages including - MS Windows, Unix, Oracle, MS SQL, Java, Control-M, Scripting
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work experience supporting DevOps Tools (Jenkins, JIRA, BitBucket etc) is an added advantage.
• Preferred experience in ITIL environment.
